AH.....I've got better things to do than loose to an AUTO turbo monster. (Although Revved up didn't seem to fair too well. LOL)
It's nice to see the car in good condition BTW. Rob would be proud.

Great turnout fellas! Other than the 100+ degree heat, we feel it was a total success
Once again Thanks for everyone who came out and had a good time. Look forward to a bigger and better showing next year.
Big thanks to my boy Dustin ( DJ Epik ) for withstanding the heat and playing a great variety of tunes.
Also to AED for bringing out some bad ass cars and supplying the power for the Stereo equipment. Thanks to everyone.

Next time lets do it in late October or March.
Late October will still have some heat in the track and good DA. March will have better DA, but the track won't hook quite as good.

Fasho... it was definitely a success. I look forward to the next one, it's fun spinning in an environment that's not a dance club or bar LOL... I had hella fun though despite drinking like 10+ waters & sweating it all out LOL.... Definitely gotta thank Drew, Sean, & the rest of AED for supplying the power for the beats!
Thanks for all the props guys, I tried to keep everyone happy with a good variety! Sorry I didn't play "My Lil Cobra" & "Hot Rod Lincoln" for Warhorse LOL [ July 22, 2012, 06:44 PM: Message edited by: *EPIK* ]

She wasn't happy. Alt. took a shit before I even got to make a pass. Only got 4 passes in. None were really good. Just keep throwing jet at it, tell it started to move. Belt was slipping, only showed 8psi on the 3rd run going. 10.38 @ 130 The 4th run it started to wake up, Showing 17psi but blew the blower pipe off @ about 800-900ft. Coasting to a 10.17 @ 122. It ate the blower belt on that run, and cut the fan wiring. So that ended the day. I got a few gremlins to work out. I knew switching to e85 & the blower was going to kick my ass the first few times out.

we had thoughts of an end of season event, but were unsure if a cruise or bbq would be better.
Honestly though everyone had such a good time catching up and trying to stay cool that must people weren't tripping off racing. After parking 100 cars and being on the grill I just wanted to relax. it was really good to see everyone get from behind the keyboard. Brought me back to how knotts was minus the alcohol.
